Shinnecock Hills Golf Club is looking for a great Garde Manger Lunch Shift Cook to join our culinary team.
Shinnecock is a fun, healthy and rewarding place to work with a caring culture and a strong collaborate team. We are offering excellent pay and housing to the successful experienced, motivated and professional person. The Garde Manager is responsible for prepping and assembling all ingredients and set up for the salad and sandwich station, and preparing salads and sandwiches to order, with care, pride and efficiency during the lunch service.
