A Riverdale bakery known for its delectable desserts says business is booming after being closed for months.
Lloyd's Carrot Cake partnered with Uber Eats and a distribution company that ships the desserts across the country.
Owner Betty Campbell says business has doubled in the past month. About 200 cakes are made from scratch on site.
The family-owned bakery has a location in East Harlem and has been at the Riverdale spot for 34 years.
The bakery is limiting the amount of customers in the store and is sanitizing frequently.
