My partner and longtime Brookline resident, Emily, has recently opened a unique dining concept on the second floor of the Coolidge Corner Arcade.
Cobble is a new BYOB dining experience where you can enjoy a weekly changing, multi-course dinner in the company of your friends and family.
Designed to feel like a casual dinner party, Chef Emily personally cooks and serves her style of veg-forward, Italian cuisine that celebrates locally sourced ingredients as much as possible.
Cobble is open for dinner service just two night per week—on Fridays and Saturdays—which leaves plenty of time to disinfect surfaces and reconfigure seating arrangements to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
