Chicken Salad Chick, a chain of restaurants specializing in Southern-inspired chicken salad, is now open in Pearland.
The 2,640-square-foot restaurant at 2110 Pearland Parkway is the first tenant to open at Pearland Parkway Marketplace, a 17,500-square-foot development of Houston-based Gulf Coast Commercial Group.

Franchise owners Kim and Clarke Hayes operate the new location, which is the first Chicken Salad Chick in Pearland and the ninth in the greater Houston area. The menu includes chicken salad in different flavor combinations such as: lemon and basil; ranch dressing, bacon and cheese; and hickory smoked barbecue.
Chambliss Design Associates designed the restaurant, which was built out by Bluestone Partners as general contractor.
Pearland Parkway Marketplace is 50 percent leased. Nails of America and Lin Asian Café are expected to open in the center by the end of the year.
“We’re excited to welcome Chicken Salad Chick to Pearland Parkway Marketplace," Gulf Coast Commercial Group President Tom Lile said in an announcement. "We’re thrilled they chose this prime location for their introduction to south Houston and believe their dynamic brand will resonate well with our neighboring communities including Branbury Cross, Riverstone Ranch and the Lakes at Highland Glen.”
