In this special, holiday-themed episode of Cooking Together, Delish's editorial director Joanna Saltz recreates her Aunt Helen’s famous Cherry JELL-O Salad with her kids. (3-oz.) box JELL-O Cherry Gelatin
(8-oz.) tub COOL WHIP, thawed
(15-oz.) can of fruit cocktail, drained
JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
maraschino cherries
maraschino cherry juice
- Prepare the cherry JELL-O according to package instructions using a large bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes up to 1½ hours, until JELL-O is soft-set.
- In a large bowl, fold together Cool Whip and JELL-O. Add fruit cocktail, mini marshmallows, maraschino cherries, and half the liquid from the maraschino cherry jar until ingredients are totally combined.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
