Ingredients and Directions

2 cups broccoli florets

2 cups cauliflower florets

1 to 1-1/2 cups diced tomatoes

1/2 cup chopped celery
-
1/2 cups chopped green peppers

1/2 cup onion
-
1/2 cup shredded carrots
-
1 cup shredded cheese
Toss vegetables in a large salad bowl. Just before serving, drizzle with dressing (recipe following) and toss to coat. Top with cheese.
For dressing:

1/2 cup sugar
-
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
-
1-1/2 tablespoons vinegar
-
1 teaspoon salt
Mix dressing.
