Wedge Salad (Platter Style)
Ingredients
1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 1/4 or 1/8
Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 hardboiled eggs, diced
6 strips cooked bacon
Crumbled croutons
Blue Cheese dressing
Set out a large platter or individual plates. Set lettuce wedges onto plates or platters. Drizzle with dressing and then sprinkle with the toppings. Serve!
