It typically comes with three kinds of meat, two cheeses, hard-boiled eggs, and lots of veggies. They can vary slightly and really these toppings are just a jumping off point. Add in avocado, bell peppers, or any other veggies you want to use up. Top it with your favorite dressing, like a homemade ranch or easy vinaigrette.

chopped romaine
ham, diced
chicken or turkey breast, diced
roast beef, diced
cheddar, cubed
Swiss cheese, cubed
cherry tomatoes, halved
Persian cucumber, sliced
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
croutons
Preferred dressing, such as ranch or a vinaigrette
- Place lettuce in a large serving bowl or platter. Arrange remaining ingredients on top and season tomatoes, cucumbers, and eggs with salt and pepper.
- Serve with desired dressing.
