
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Directions
Thinly slice potatoes and place in greased shallow 2-quart baking dish. In a saucepan, heat butter, onion, salt and pepper until butter is melted. Drizzle over potatoes. Cover. Bake at 425 F for 45 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
Yields 6-8 servings.
