Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamloaf mixture
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 pounds potatoes, shredded
Directions
Press hamloaf into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients with potatoes and spread over hamloaf. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 350 F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
